6:Adopting the Inner Child

Core Action:​

1. Have an Adoption Party!

  • Have a solo party to celebrate all that your inner child has survived for you. Champagne is appropriate! Commemorate this transitional moment in your journey by adopting full responsibility for her as her parent. ​​

    • During your party, create a vision board that represents the life you want to live moving forward. ​Include images of the following: 

      • Places you would like to live and/or visit​

      • How you would like to feel

      • New experiences you want to have 

      • How your purpose unfolds

    • Spend time in the mirror acknowledging her accomplishments and strengths out loud. Make eye contact with yourself while listening to this Mirror Message for the Inner Child.
