Acudetox is rooted in ancient Chinese medicine, was developed in the 1970s by The Black Panthers and  is endorsed by the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA).

2. Do you frequently experience nervousness or anxiety?
3. Do you struggle with problems concentrating or thinking clearly?
4. Do you find yourself having difficulties with memory or forgetfulness?
5. Do you suffer from frequent headaches?
6. Do you often feel depressed or have crying spells?
7. Have you had thoughts of suicide or attempted suicide?
8. Do you experience frequent mood swings?
9. Do you engage in repetitive behaviors or have obsessive thoughts?
10. Do you ever experience sudden panic episodes or anxiety attacks?
11. Are you frequently paranoid or distrustful of others?
12. Do you feel shaky or tremble in certain situations?
13. Have you turned to substance abuse to cope with stress or emotions?
14. Do you have vivid flashbacks or intrusive memories of past traumatic events?
15. Are you constantly on high alert or easily startled (hypervigilance)?
16. Do you have recurring nightmares related to past traumatic experiences?
17. Do you struggle with sleep disturbances, such as insomnia or nightmares?


Answering yes to four or more of these questions may suggest the presence of PTSD and indicates you are a good candiate for Acudetox.
